Our space is most suitable for lighthearted people who are in their 20s to 40s Who enjoy a super clean, organized and creative environment and want a hosted stay with a 5 star host.

We are also perfect for the remote business traveler
Long stays up to 25 days by request for one guest only.
Friends traveling together for no longer than 7 days unless requested.

Our building has a super young vibe and we are close to all the hip and trendy hot spots in
Nolita/soho area.

My fiancé and I are delighted to welcome you to Nyc.

Please Note:
All meals except your complimentary breakfast are outside of our loft.

We are a no cooking listing
This is for safety and sanitation also for the art.

Please note we have a cleaning service every Thursday. If you would like your room tidied during your stay please let us know. We also have our cleaning service come the day before your arrival so everything is ready for your stay.

No cooking:
However there is a light breakfast compliments of the house during your stay.

There is also plenty of fresh bottled water during your entire stay.

My fiancé and I pride ourselves as being a fully inclusive couple and welcome everyone from all over the world we are also a LGBT friendly home.
One of the other things that we would like everyone to know is how safe and lovely our neighborhood is at any hour.

For those of you who are traveling solo know that you are in an amazing neighborhood with a very experienced host.

if you are coming as a pair please put everyone on the reservation there is an extra guest fee. Or we can’t accept your request. Everyone must have recommendations by other hosts and 5 star guests only and platonic friends only. Thank you for respecting this rule.

We are not a suitable place for romantic stays.
This works best for our home.

Please Note:
There is no hanging out in any part the loft or my fiancé work space during your stay. This listing is for the guest room only and listed shared spaces. Please read everything before you make your request for your reservation. We prefer guest who are out having fun and enjoying the city.

There is also no food delivery or any kind of meals during your stay. All meals are outside of the our loft including your private suite. This is for sanitary purposes. Thank you

If you can be flexible about the check in time and give me the time I need to get everything organized I am happy to accommodate your request as long as you have read and agreed to my house rules and understand that you would need to give me the time to get everything together for your stay. Also a quick chat via mobile to go over your stay.

I prefer notice at least 3 days notice.
If I can get my house cleaning service to come I’d be delighted to receive you as my guest.

Please Note:
Before each and every stay there is cleaning and preparation involved and my cleaning service follows all the Covid guidelines for safety and sanitation. If you see dates open feel free to request more or less if I’m available I will accommodate you as long as you are recommended by other hosts and have excellent reviews. This is for our safety and piece of mind.

The same rules still apply in regards to no cooking for longer stays for 21 days or more. Long stays are for one person only.

We are a perfect place for a long stay. The guest suite is huge like a studio apt in nyc.

If your are a solo female or male traveler and looking for a super safe and fun location with creative hosts for your holiday or business trip we are the perfect host and hostess for your upcoming travels.

Your private guest suite is in the back portion of our loft and right off the studio area it’s super private, huge and cozy perfect for a long holiday in NYC.

Our bedroom is on the other side of our loft in the front so there is tons of privacy. It’s also huge not a tiny box look at the photos.

Our loft is centrally located in the heart of the Nolita/Soho area in NYC. Near all the best shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment right at your footsteps. Everything is walkable at all hours and super safe for the night owls and party goers.

There is literally something for everyone when it comes to food Art galleries, shopping, trendy nightlife. You name it. We are in the center of it all.

My fiancé and I are both full time professional creative adults who work in the fashion and Art world.

We both live and work at home from 10 am onward. We both work and live at home. This is a full time art studio.

Please Note:
We ask that during your stay that my fiancé is not distracted when he is working. We really appreciate your understanding this. It’s not easy to paint and talk at the same time or work on creatives projects. Otherwise we are super friendly hosts and enjoy knowing that you are having an amazing time and feel at home.

We are super active ,mindful, fun and very clean and creative individuals. Who are social and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We are also nocturnal beings our work hours start at 10ish and we like working late at night. We also love music.

Shared spaces:
the bathroom, kitchen and dining area only for your complimentary light breakfast starting at 7 am till 10 am.
this is non negotiable.

We only host travelers who are likeminded professional adults who are super clean, caring and mindful with excellent reviews from other hosts and 21 plus.

Please read our house rules carefully before booking and sending a request.

We are one flight up the stairs so if you need an elevator we would not be a good fit.

Please plan your trip accordingly we don’t hold or store luggage.

For those of you who need a luggage drop off because you are arriving early or leaving late

Bounce Luggage Storage - they have them all over the city.

We also have a Pom who is totally trained and super sweet.
However we don’t allow other pets in our home.

My fiancé’s studio and workspace is not a shared space.
We ask that you are mindful of this since we both live and work at home.
