Looking for 1 roommate to resign a 2bed/1bath

The apartment was recently renovated, is fully air conditioned, and gets great light. Full kitchen with full size stove and oven and includes dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. It's a doorman building with a full size gym, a communal outdoor patio space, laundry machines on each floor, and a Citi bike rack directly outside of building. It's a 5 minute walk to the F and a 10 minute walk to the 6. The bedroom includes a closet, window, and can fit a queen size bed. Bedroom dimensions are roughly 12x8 ft, and the living room is huge at 14x20 ft.

My roommate will be moving out to buy a house soon, so I'm hoping to find someone to resign another one-year lease with. Current rent is $2,700/month, but I'm assuming there will be a bump for the next year.

A bit about me: I’m from the midwest. I majored in CS and have worked in equity research in NYC for three years post-grad. I enjoy podcasts, skateboarding, movies, reading, Catan, poker, soccer, basketball, and playing guitar (quietly :)
