Hello! I'm looking for one female roommate to share a 5 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home (partially furnished) nearby UB North and South, the Boulevard Shopping Center, Hertel Avenue, and the 290. The home has a fully fenced in backyard, off street parking with space for one car in the garage, plenty of storage space, newly added central air, new heating system. Quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for walks and spending time outdoors!

There is one room with a door out to the backyard patio, perfect for an office space if working remotely!

Rent & Utilities:
$800/month
Water, waste removal, maintenance, and yard work are covered by landlord
Snow removal is not included in rent, tenants will split the cost - the landlord already has a company set up
Electric, gas, and internet are all evenly split
