About me:

Hi! My name is Julianne and I’m 24. I work full time downtown as a graphic designer and part time in a kitchen, as well as a pet sitter. I’ve been in this apartment for 4 years and absolutely love it. I’m going to be in Greece for most of June and all of July. I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom and take care of my bunny while I’m gone (super easy). I will be moving my stuff into the bedroom closest to the front door and keep my bunny in the room with me. The second bedroom next to the bathroom, where my stuff is currently, will be available. I plan on moving to NYC sometime in the late summer/fall, so I’m looking for someone who would be able to take over the full lease after I leave or have a new roommate lined up. You will have to meet the landlord and sign the lease with me.

Ideally looking for someone in their mid twenties to early thirties who is super clean and considerate. Any gender or sexual orientation, except for straight cis men. I would like to find someone by the end of the week.
