Axis 360 Apartment, Furnished

I am looking for a new tenant to take over the rest of my year-long lease starting January 1st, 2020. The lease will only apply for 6 months after January 1st. My family is moving to Texas and unfortunately I chose a year long lease.

The apartment has 4 rooms, and only 3 are currently occupied (including me at the moment). The apartment complex has bus shuttles that takes you to UB South and North Campus, plus supermarkets in the weekends. The building is located five blocks from South Campus.

It has a beautiful and spacious bathroom, decent sized bedroom (furnished with desk, chair, and multiple drawers), and a large living room and kitchen. There is also a brand new washer and dryer located inside the apartment!

No deposit required if you have a guarantor. All utilities included except electricity (only about $15/month).

The two other occupants currently living here are extremely nice, inviting, and studious. One is a sophomore studying environmental science, and the second is a grad student studying dentistry.

This apartment is located in Axis360?s newest building, so everything in the home is in great condition. We are only looking for female roommates, also preferably a UB student.
