Single cozy bedroom in shared home near MEHS

The room is on the second floor, directly beside the full bathroom. There are two half bathrooms on the ground floor and basement.
My partner and I live here with our two cats and one bird.
All utilities are included, and we are open to discussion on pets. We have high-speed Internet, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, etc, that we are happy to share as long as you keep things clean.
We are within walking distance of Weis Plaza on Hooper Road, Maine Endwell High School, and Highland Park. The rent schedule is open to discussion if you'd prefer to pay weekly, biweekly, etc.
