The home has been split into two apartments: #and #. Each apartment has rooms respectively.

This house on Binghamton’s Westside (good area) offers hardwood floors, living room with sofa and TV, kitchens ( Stove & refrigerator, cabinets…), bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room. Everything is separate and private for the st and nd floor. Parking space next to the house.

It only takes you about minutes to drive to BU. And It takes about minutes to walk to the bus stops. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and markets(Walmart, Price Chopper, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Nirchi’s pizza, KFC…).

*About the roomies

There is male in the nd floor. He is BU students. He’s respectable, private and friendly. We are currently seeking students planning to attend this coming semester, . If anyone sees this post and is interested please feel free to message us.
