Beautiful room in Williamsburg May 21 - Aug 14

I'm hoping to sublease my room this summer, when I'm gone, from May 20th to August 20th. My room is very quiet, with a window facing onto a yard where my roommates and I are growing a small garden. It gets a lot of light too. We have a living room with a couch, dining table and TV.

The apartment is in a quiet corner of Williamsburg. It's a six minute walk away from the Graham L station and a 15 minute walk away from the Metropolitan-Lorimer. We're also a 10 minute walk away from McCarren park and McGolrick park.

My two roommates will be living there this summer. They are very friendly and fun people. They're both from Spain and work in the film industry. Sometimes, we like to hang out, eat dinner and watch movies together, and other times we keep to ourselves. We have a chore wheel and we like to keep our apartment tidy, but we're not fanatics. In general, we're good at communicating and respect each other's boundaries.

I will empty my closet and the drawers underneath my bed so that anyone looking to sublease my room can have lots of space to store their things. Otherwise, I am planning on leaving my bed, desk, and my books in the room.

My dates are flexible, but I'm hoping to sublease my room for as much time as I can while I'm gone. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
