Hello! We will have one room available on June or July 1st in a spacious duplex, just a 1-minute walk from the Bedford L train. You can't beat this location and space for the price!

The apartment is a 2-br / 1 bath on the lower level, where the available room is. The room is larger than the average NYC bedroom and can comfortably fit a bed, desk, dresser, table, TV, etc. It also includes a shared balcony! There is a very spacious and sunny shared living room and kitchen on this floor as well.

The upper level of the apartment is a 3-br / 1 bath with 2 female roommates and 1 male roommate.

I am the roommate on the lower level with the available room. I'm a 38 year-old freelancer with an ever-changing schedule, and there are periods of time when I travel frequently. **I hope to find a roommate who also travels frequently.**

I have lived in the apartment for 7 years and absolutely love it!

I'm looking for a roommate who is tidy, friendly, quiet and committed to doing a weekly ~30-min chore (which we rotate) to help keep the space clean!

We're a block from Whole Foods, Levain, and Sweetgreen; 3 blocks from the ferry; and a short walk from Trader Joe's and Domino Park. Manhattan is 1 subway stop away, and Union Square is 3 stops away.
