Hi I'm Spencer👋🏻 Me and my roomie are looking for (1) one awesome guy or gal to continue our 12 month lease starting July 1st, 2024.

This modern building (with an Elevator!) is located on Van Brunt St, the main avenue and beating heart of Red Hook Brooklyn, a vibrant artists neighborhood filled with local shops, great food, and fresh sea air.

The famous Red Hook Lobster Pound, Black Flamingo Coffee Shop, and Pioneer Works are across the street. One block away is Coffey Park, an open green space oasis to take in a hammock nap or a waterside picnic. Down the road is the renowned Hometown Barbecue. Local grocery stores include the Food Bazaar and foodies choice Trader Joe's, as well as several local bodegas.

This 3 bedroom has 2 full-size bathrooms.
All bedrooms face south with big windows allowing beautiful sunlight in and views of the Statue of Liberty 🗽
Each (10’ x 10’) bedroom has its own individual A/C unit built-in (with remote control), central heat, hinged windows, and double door closets.
Your bedroom will have plenty of space to bring your own furniture or grab a new setup from our local IKEA, a 10 minute walk away.
There’s a huge living room and kitchen, pantry, shared overflow closet, and work-from-home desk spaces in our office area.
The living room and kitchen are fully furnished for move-in.

2 Paid Washers and 2 Dryers are available in the building on the ground floor. As well there is a Laundromat across the street.

Transportation:
5 Minute walk to the NYC Ferry which delivers you on time to Downtown Manhattan within 15 minutes in peaceful, fresh air. The ferry is like a summer adventure anytime of year and costs $2.75, the same as the subway.

Take the convenient B61 Bus Route that picks up at the front of the apartment, which will connect you within 15 minutes to the A, C, F, and G subway lines with free transfer.

The apartment also has a bike rack on the Ground Level.

Street Parking is plentiful in Red Hook, but the apartment building also has $300 gated parking available if you have a car. The Brooklyn Battery Tunnel takes you immediately to Manhattan.

Rent is $1575 per person. Heat and hot water are included.
Electricity, internet, and cooking gas utilities to be split among the roommates ~$75 per person

About Me:
26 year old male Virginia Tech grad working in Manhattan in Product Design.
I love going to movie theaters, live music concerts and exploring the city. Video games (Mario Kart races) and board games are always welcomed!
Wintertime will find me Snowboarding upstate and would be awesome to hit the slopes together 🤙🏻

About My Roommate:
30 year old male, Program Analyst, native New Yorker, and all around baseball and sports fan.

We are quiet and respectful roommates. Around the apartment everyone is expected to clean up after themselves.
