Spacious Room on Quiet Dead End Street

Looking to sublet from mid-April to mid-August. All is preferred, but will consider part.

The apartment is on a quiet dead end street and is the second level of a townhome. It’s three bedrooms with a shared bath, kitchen, and living room. The room you’d be staying in has deck access, my window poses as the door. I will come fully furnished. You’d have two female roommates in their 30’s with full-time, hybrid jobs. We’re a quiet apartment, not bringing a ton of people over and we’d like the same. A couple of friends are of course ok, but no big groups and also no smoking. It’s an old house, so it’s not completely soundproof and the deck backs up to a small enclave, so you’ll hear people outside occasionally. Each month, we’re in charge of keeping one area clean and we rotate every month, though keeping everything tidy as we go is ideal.

The neighborhood is called Prospect Lefferts Garden and the apartment is right around the corner from Prospect Park and public transportation. Plenty of grocery stores, laundry, and restaurants to choose from. A lot of local businesses to support.

The rent is $950 a month + electricity, everything else is included. We’ll need to discuss the amount of space needed in the room so I have an idea of how to pack up/organize for you.
