Summer sublet in Prospect Heights

Hi! We're looking for someone to stay in my room for the summer. The apartment is a three-bed walk-up that is <10 min walk from Prospect Park and from Central Library - amazing location!!

All three of us are PhD students at Princeton. We're very conscientious housemates - clean and quiet during sleeping hours. We're pretty focused on our research, but love meeting new people and hanging out in the evenings/on weekends.

The bedroom is large (13'10 x 8'10) and has a queen bed, but is otherwise unfurnished. The rest of the apartment will be furnished (we're moving in the first week of June), but note that the photos are from a previous tenancy.

Dates: June 4 - mid/late August.

A couple other things to note:

- The apartment doesn’t have AC - you’d need to provide a window unit for the bedroom if you want one.
- The letting agency requires an in-person signature on subleases. Unfortunately, they don’t accept e-signatures.
- There is no in-building laundry. There's a laundromat that's a 2 min walk away.
