Room available in Park Slope/Prospect Heights

My lease is up for renewal July 1, but I’m happy to accommodate a start date in Aug/Sept/Oct if preferred.

Third floor walkup apartment. Great kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space, full-size oven, dishwasher, gas stove. We have an in-unit washer and dryer. Excellent closets throughout apartment; large living room and separate den area. Excellent landlords, very responsive. Fantastic location on top of Bergen st 2/3 stop, and two blocks from Atlantic Center with ~every train in Brooklyn. Your bedroom is pretty large, my current roommate has a queen size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair in it (plus has a large closet). It faces east, so gets natural light in the morning. Biggest drawback is probably that your room faces Flatbush Ave, so it’s relatively loud.

I don’t currently have pets, but I’d like to foster kittens and probably adopt a cat this year. I like to cook, read, and go on long walks/hikes. I occasionally host game nights and dinner parties for friends. I work for a financial firm in downtown Manhattan and am a very quiet roommate, but I promise I’m also friendly! Would love to sometimes play backgammon and/or cook dinner together if that sounds fun to you.
