The room includes a full-sized bed with drawers underneath for storage, wall shelves (in the picture), and a desk. The closet has built-in shelves for additional storage.

This apartment is great! It's on a quiet street in a smaller building with only two units per floor. There is also exposed brick, a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry - a dream that I'm sad to leave but I'm having to move for my job :(

Three women in their mid-20s - We have a chill environment, mostly living separate lives while living together. Not antisocial at all but we all are very busy/have different schedules so we don't see each other as often. We always give heads-ups on multiple-night guests but don't host people frequently for parties or anything.
We don't have a cleaning system or anything for the common areas just doing what needs to be done if we see it, and most of the time it doesn't get out of hand.

You will be taking over the lease with the option to resign at the end of August.

No cats or couples.
