The room is on the top floor of a 3-story building. The landlord lives downstairs and is extremely attentive and responsive. Available for move-in on July 1st. $1400 per month, with the first and last months due at move-in. Lease for a year.

This is a cute, warm room in a rectangular shape. One has a window overlooking the courtyards and trees in the back of the building. We also have a shared work desk in the common area, a coffee table, and a kitchen island--all of which can be commandeered for your WFH needs. The living and bedrooms have wood floors and ceiling fans, and the living room has some of the original moldings plus a (non-working) fireplace.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just four blocks from Atlantic/Pacific station, where you can catch the 2/3/4/5/N/R/Q/D/B. Easy access to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the Barclays Center, Gorilla Coffee, and WholeFoods. There are two laundries in the block. You'll be sharing with two awesome, clean women.
