Peaceful Home w Backyard

This is a sublease room, min 3 months stay.

Room: Fully furnished with a closet, full-size bed with mattress, desk, chair, desk lamp and AC. The window faces the backyard and gets plenty of natural light during day. You’ll share the bathroom with only one roommate. New bedding can be provided if needed.

Apartment: Kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge. The apartment has a living room and a beautiful, massive private backyard. The bathroom has a full-size tub.

Building: Newly constructed, with rooftop access and laundry facilities in the building.

We are SECONDS away from the C train, one stop away from the A, L, and J trains. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and fun, with an amazing coffee place around the corner, deli and a great pizza place is across the street. The big grocery store is just two blocks away. The building and neighborhood are very quiet at night.

About Us:

Roommate 1 (Me): Female, , currently working from home, but that may change soon. I am a very positive and extroverted person (but can keep to myself without a problem) who’s in love with a holistic lifestyle (gym, yoga, pilates, AIP, you name it!) and has a busy schedule.

Roommate , a cook at a Michelin-star restaurant – rarely home due to work. An amazing person who mostly keeps to himself and is interested in everything related to food.

We are both very chill, quiet at home and drama-free. We maintain a clean and peaceful living environment, and have years of experience living with roommates. And would love to find a roommate who matches this energy 🫶
