We are one male and one female two professionals in 3 bedroom apartment. You will have your own balcony, own full bathroom, a large closet, a queen bed, a computer desk and a chair. Smoking in the room is not allowed at all but you will have a nice balcony. Not 420 friendly. No pets allowed. Common areas which includes living room and kitchen should be keep cleaned and tidy.
