Four Friendly Queers

We’re four chill roommates looking for a fifth one. Two of us work, go and go to college,
And the other two work full time.

The space is truly a hidden gem for the right person.

ABOUT US: We are all respectful, responsible, very clean and get along very well will different walks of life. We don’t smoke cigarettes and expect the same out of you. (Asthma)

Though the house is 420 friendly with bowls, and rolling papers here and there. Just not all day everyday! NO tobacco (blunts, fanto leaf, and grabba)

Guests- we do not have parties, and do not have friends coming during the week. We prefer if you bring close friends or family once in a while.

Non negotiable - healthy communication is a MUST in this house we have never had to yell, be passive aggressive, etc. we believe in having house meetings and we always have been able to iron out any issues peacefully.

This apartment is for people looking for a calm/clean place to level up in life, during the week we lower all noise levels by 10PM

We have a chore board with a fair and effective system to ensure our home remains clean.

As friendly as we all are we still respect and need our individual space as well, we all cook but have never really clashed when it comes to cooking at the same time.

All common space and storage in the apartment is distributed equally so there shouldn’t be any issues.
