Sunny Room in Queer Kensington Apartment

Hello! Our apartment is currently seeking a person to take over a room in our three bedroom, two bath (including a deep tub!) abode. (We will deeply miss her, but our roommate moving out got a great new gig in the Bronx and needs to relocate closer!) We have big windows that flood the place with light and a spacious kitchen with large countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a gas range. There's a washer/dryer in unit.

Our place is very quiet, cozy, and queer. We value a clean, comfortable space. We have one cat already in the apartment, so we hope to welcome a pet-free roommate. We would love to have someone be able to commit to either an April 1 or May 1 move in.

Public Transport:
10 minute walk to the Q in one direction and 5-10 minute walk to the F/G in the opposite direction, plus several bus lines nearby. The bottom point of Prospect Park is about a 10-15 minute walk from the door of the building.
