Hey everyone. I just found out both of my roommates are moving out at the end of the month. Two rooms available. One is $852, one is $812. First floor apartment, utilities and Fios internet included. There are four apartments in the building and we share a nice backyard that has a gas grill and fire pit.
Located at the intersection of McDonald Ave and Albemarle Rd in Kensington. Literally a 30 second walk to the Church Ave F/G trains.

Small or medium sized pet's welcome.
About me: 38 y/o fireman. My room has it's own entrance and bathroom, so you won't be seeing much of me.
