Room in Greenpoint Available Sept 1, 2024

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room in Greenpoint starting September 1, 2024.
You would be taking over the last month of my lease and resigning the lease for 1 year beginning in October (13 months total). Security deposit would be due around October 1st when the other two roommates resign the lease.
Rent is slightly under $1300 per person. Utilities split evenly (gas, electric, WiFi). You would be joining two other roommates (21F & 32F). Both are involved in LGBT+ community and are very active. They enjoy biking, climbing, running, hiking, etc. Roommates would like to meet you before signing.
The apartment is a 2nd floor walk up in a small building with 3 floors total. Shared living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, fire escape/balcony access. The apartment is mostly furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. Laundry in basement. The area is quiet and it is relatively easy to find street parking if you have a car.
~8 minute walk to Greenpoint Ave G train station & ~13 minute walk over Pulaski Bridge to 7 train at Vernon/Jackson. Short walk to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
