1 Bedroom available (in a 2 bedroom apartment), and one shared bathroom. Apartment is on the third floor, walk up, of a charming and quiet building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The bedroom has great character, a hearth/fireplace, has good storage, large L shaped room that will easily fit a queen bed, great for working from home with fire escape access for your room only, two large windows, closet and amazing morning light. Common spaces are fully furnished, including homewares in kitchen, it's small but mighty and amazing for cooking!. The living room is large with a comfy couch, and TV with streaming capabilities to watch all your favorite things. Apartment has beautiful original wood floors, except for the bedroom that has tile floors. The bathroom has a new standing shower, storage shelves, medicine cabinet and under sink storage as well.

I have a dog, her name is Luna, she's about 10 years old! Open to you if you have a small dog as well, as she gets along better with smaller dogs. If we're compatible, you love the space, lets set up a time for them to meet outside the apartment to see how they get along!

The building and street are extremely quiet, both and off the beaten path, with about a 7 minuet walk to the G train, and a bus stop, that stops at the train, and goes towards Crown Heights a block away. The building itself is three floors, one apartment per floor, with our super, Elvis, living on the first floor. Pets are allowed in the building, I have a small dog, who will demand pets and love. So apartment will include life with a pet, without any of the responsibilities. Keeping the space is very important, we can take turns or clean together, I tend to vacuum more just because of pet hair. I have friends over occasionally, and totally fine/ love if you do the same! I love hosting and cooking. I don't really party in the house much, but do throw an xmas party every year, and go all out for that

Room is $1900/month, utilities are not included (varying month to month) and are usually about $100 a month each. Rent is due last day of the month, and prefer either zelle or venmo for payment.

Greenpoint is the best. We're two blocks from Mcgolrick Park, a grocery store, several laundromats, bars, restaurants, 7 minuet walk to the G train, and 15 to the L train. If you drive, parking is super easy as well. Apartment is located in between Nassau and Norman Ave, there's a ton around!!
