Fully furnished room in Fort Greene

This is a private room in a shared apartment. I am seeking someone to take over my lease between Jun 15 and Oct 15.

The room is fully furnished with a full bed, pillows, desk, chair, TV with chromecast, dresser, and a clothing rack with hangers. You can also borrow sheets and comforters from the co-living company for a fee if you need them.

The apartment is also fully furnished and has everything you need in the kitchen, from a microwave and coffee maker to pans and plates. It has two other rooms (currently occupied) and a bathroom. The whole apartment has heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units, including one in the room, so you will have full control over the temperature.

The building has a washer and dryer and a small gym. It is a 15-minute walk to the B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains on DeKalb Ave. Multiple bus lines stop only a block away. Wegmans Food Market (one of the grocery stores in the city) is three blocks away.

The monthly utility fee is $150, including all utilities, monthly cleaning of the shared areas, and house supplies (such as toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning supplies).
