2 newly renovated rooms 12 x 14 ft each (Total 24x14) 4 windows, 12 outlets, tall ceilings, new hardwood flrs, near Brooklyn College. $1500/month (1 month rent + 1 month security) electric included. AC or high drain devices not. If needed, there is an additional $50 charge.

*Utilities include basic necessities such as shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, sponges, dish soap, air filtration and cleaning products for common areas. Do not use sponges on the floor, if you spill something, please use paper towel with diluted soapy water only. Please, only use dish sponge for dishes, counter sponge for counters, thanks!

Flush with the seat down, water can spray up to 6 ft. Don’t flush paper towel, trash, tampons or anything other than poop, pee & toilet paper. If it clogs & can’t get unclogged right away, we only have 1.

*No shoes in the apartment; you may use house slippers. Non-toxic household. Let’s work together to keep it clean, One of the best rated MTA train lines, with a 30 minute commute to Manhattan by Q-train. Near Buses, laundry, Target, Food Coop. Non-smoker/Non-drinker/No pets(only mice killing cats allowed to stay to handle occasional intruders. No cats allowed that play with them and let them go! Lol)

Chemical sensitivity, absolutely no smoking or vaping. I clean with almost all SLS/dye/perfume-free products. I like organic food, rest, minimalism, rechargeable batteries, recycling, fresh air, plants, zero emissions, zero waste, bike, board, scoot & say no to plastic when possible.

Shared kitchen & bathroom. My gf visits & I don’t mind if your significant other visits either, as long as common areas are kept immaculate & everyone is polite & peaceful.

No plug in air fresheners/excessive fragrances from petrochemicals/smudging or burning incense. If the apt is clean, you don’t need air fresheners or to burn anything to mask odors.

Sweep/mop/wipe counters/toaster oven clean of crumbs/grease to keep rodents/roaches away(it is an apt building, the cleaner you are, the better for us all), keep tub/toilet/sink regularly cleaned/free of clumps of hair in the drains & I’ll be a happy camper. I leave shared areas that I use, as clean as I found it, usually cleaner.
