-I’ve been in NY for 10 yrs, I am a tradesperson, project manager, and artist
-I’m queer identified, you may or may not be :)

E 28th St and Ave D in Flatbush
2 and 5 trains to Newkirk (3 blocks away)
Q and B trains to Newkirk (15 min walk)
B44SBS (Bedford ave to G or JMZ) (1 block)
-street parking if you own a car

$1250/mo includes utils/internet/laundry

*if you use internet for work or huge bandwidth you may need to get your own supplementary, otherwise we’ve never had an issue
*laundry room has a little bit of a sched but no prob

-Front room in a 2-family house. Approx 12x14’ with two windows looking out on the porch and another looking out on the side.
-Has a full bed with a decent mattress currently, and an armoire since there’s no closet.

The room is right off the living room through French doors. The living room has a sofa and is public, though I rarely use it.

We enter at the back of the house through our own entrance, and have a sitting area in the back yard, with the option to use planters or raised beds for gardening.

Our roommate style depends on us, sometimes I’ve cooked and eaten and chatted together, sometimes we just say hi and do our thing…friendly, positive environment. Some things are shared, some things we just get for ourselves. Do your dishes as you use them kind-of-house. Dishwasher is actually just salad spinner and colander storage :)

I don’t drink, drinking is ok but in moderation here. No smoking anything on the property per landlord…

Landlord people are friends who have a child who is loud sometimes.
