About the apartment:

Hello! I’m listing my room for the next 3 months and am looking for a professional working subletter to stay from February 5th to April 30th. Reason being that I’m moving in with my partner and our new lease starts in February, otherwise I would stay here.

The apartment unit is on the 5th floor of a 14th floor luxury building in Downtown Brooklyn. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath unit (you would have your own bathroom) with a full kitchen and shared living space. The amenities are pretty sweet and I use them often. They include three spacious lobbies to work from, a brand new gym, laundry in the basement, rooftop with an incredible view, theater room, and bike storage.

It’s a 9 min walk from Jay Street and Dekalb metro stations, which has every train you would need to get to Manhattan or deeper BK. We’re also a 15 min walk to the piers and the water down by Dumbo.

About the room:

The room itself is 10ft by 11ft and has a south facing window for natural light. It has a queen-sized bed, an adjustable WFH desk, clothing rack, small bookshelf, and shelf unit for folded clothes and/or accessories.

*I can leave it furnished or unfurnished depending on your situation.

About the roommates:

I have two awesome roommates (and a dog) who are long-time friends of mine. Both are males and are a pretty studious household, as we all work jobs from 9-5. One roommate works from home 5 times a week, the other works from home 2 days a week. The vibe in the house is typically pretty calm—cooking, tv shows, and games.
