Master Bedroom in Floor Through Apartment

Hi all!

I'm in search of a roommate to add to the lease as my current roommate is leaving. You would get the largest room in the apartment, as well as your own bathroom. There is another spare room you'd be able to use as an office if you work from home or for whatever else your heart desires. We also have exclusive use of the basement. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. There is one other unit in the building with a lovely quiet couple.
The apartment is in Crown Heights a few blocks away from the 3/4 train. Getting into the city is pretty easy and only takes 30 minutes.

About me: I'm a 28 y/o software engineer who works mostly from home , but my office is in FiDi. I'm very much a homebody, but I do go out occasionally. That being said, I am not the party type. I have guests here and there, but it's usually meeting up to head out. LGBTQIA friendly, marijuana friendly. I'm happy to share everything I have with you.
I also have a 3.5 y/o Shiba Inu who is very well behaved albeit incredibly shy. She will open up to you eventually though! If you have an animal, so long as they're friendly, it's fine. She is not the sharpest tool in the shed and really just says hi to other animals and goes on her way.

About you: I would prefer you not be a cishetero man. Otherwise, I ask that you are a professional of some sort who I can be friendly with. I don't care if you're the party type, just please don't bring the party back to the house. I don't care if you have guests, of course, I'd just prefer there not be gaggles of people in the apartment. I keep the common areas clean and ask that you help keep up with that. I otherwise don't care how you keep your space, because it's yours!
Please don't be someone who partakes in hard drugs (marijuana and psychedelics are okay with me).

Unfortunately, you will have to go through the broker and apply. Guarantors are accepted.
