Large room with office and private bath!!

Hi Everyone!! i’m moving back home and out of nyc so am looking for someone to take my room in crown heights from April 15th-18th to end of lease July 31st. Perfect for anyone doing a summer internship or who would like to resign at the end of the lease.

The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bath so you will have your own room, bathroom, and an office room. We’ve currently been using mine as a shared closet but can be converted back to a personal office if needed.

Rent is $1750 a month and utilities including gas, electric, and wifi come to around 110-160 per person a month depending on the season.

Pets are allowed and welcomed as long as you’re responsible for them (I personally had two cats and a dog). There is no pet fee or rent. There’s several parks and cafes in walking distance as well for any dog owners.

Apartment has washer and dryer inside, an amazing skylight, and a big living room. The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup with one flight of stairs being inside the apartment. There’s a door to the building that locks automatically and a virtual doorman so you can buzz guests or deliveries in without going downstairs. Apartment is a few blocks from the Kingston A/C/E and the Kingston 2/3/4 The B15 is one block away and the B65 is right outside our door making it easy to get to and home from Atlantic Barclay.

Remaining roommate is 21years old college student Tea.
She’s super friendly, quiet, and clean. She’s an amazing baker and will have guests every now and then.

The requirements from the leasing office are below:
W2 form
Tax return
Photo ID
Copy of recent pay stubs for the last 4 months
Proof of timely rent payment at current place of living
Copy of last 3 months bank statements.
Credit score of at least 680 is required for applicants. As well as evidence of income that is at least three times the monthly rent.
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee for each applicant. This would be the fee for running application credit checks etc.
