Sublease Room in a 2b/1bath

Hello!

I am subleasing my room in a 2bed/1bathroom apartment in Crown Heights! Sublease will be from May 1-July 31 when the lease ends with possibility of renewal. Rent is $1875 and current tenant will take care of all utilities.

About the apartment:
This apartment is in a 5 story elevator building with laundry in the building and central AC! There’s also roof access, a gym, bike storage, and a package room. It is 5 mins walk from the 2/3 on Nostrand and 10 min walk from Franklin avenue where you have a lot of restaurants and the 2/3/4/5 train. It’s an excellent, safe, clean location with no pests.

The unit has huge rooms and a patio. Your room is the smaller of the two but can fit a quite a lot (see the pictures). There’s a closet in your room that can fit some stuff but there’s also a wardrobe in the hallway for the rest of your belongings! The room will come unfurnished although I could leave the bed if interested.

About your roommate:
You’ll be living with a 27 year old male who is gone during the day as he works in person at a Charter school as an academic Dean! He he is considering moving closer to the school he works out so there could potentially be a second room opening up!

Will need to fill out sublease application and be approved.
