Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. Starts April 1st and ends September 30th. Offering a medium - large size exposed brick bedroom in Prospect Heights. Comes with sturdy Queen-size frame and a Queen-size mattress along with a mattress protector. Included with the room is a clothes rack, a dresser and a rug. Of course these are optional and can be removed but they’re yours free of charge if you’d like. There’s a small window that leads into the building center for ventilation (can install small AC unit in there).

-12 minute walk from A/C lines
-12 minute walk from 2/3/4/5 lines

Current housemates all work in the service / hospitality industry so are mostly out of the house but do enjoy cooking and hanging in the living room here and there. We are a friendly and cleanly group of guys, and are seeking someone to keep the peace going!
