150 sqft bedroom with ensuite full bathroom in a large 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment. Bedroom faces the back of the building and has a good sized closet. Window AC included. Apartment is fully furnished: kitchen, dining room, and living room. Plenty of closet space. Bedroom is fully furnished (most furniture can be removed if you want, but the bed must stay).Sunny terrace to enjoy. Building has laundry in the basement, elevator, and part-time security.

About me: I work in healthcare and am fully vaccinated. I've lived in the building for 13 years and have a senior dog and a puppy who love people. The puppy is in training and learning his manners, but please be tolerant of some puppy shenanigans for now! I keep a clean and tidy home. When I'm home, I'm usually reading on the terrace or binging a show. I enjoy doing aerial arts, yoga, going to the beach, and taking walks.

Looking for: A kind, friendly person to rent my guest room (no couples, thanks!). Fully vaccinated, please. Non-smoker, responsible, and must love dogs and have experience living with them! Prefer someone who works outside the home with consistent hours.
