Wanted: respectful, mature, chill musicians and/or creatives

Howdy, we've got one open room starting August 1st ($955 rent). We'd love to find peeps who:

- want a cozy home, where roomies are friendly and respectful
- find a music space and jam seshs as a plus
- communicate through conflicts rather than bottle them up
- will work as a team to keep the apartment in harmony with monthly roomie meetings and weekly chore chart

About the apartment/building:

- 1st floor apartment with basement
- two bedrooms on each level
- full gear music space in the basement floor
- Private access to backyard
- Rooftop with wonderful skyline view
- In-building washer dryer
- 3 min walk from L train and 10 min from M and J

About us:
Joey (he/they):
28 year old queer creative with a day-job in child-care. Passionate about music (drums/keys/guitar). Big on listening and keeping shared spaces clean. Loves board games, books, cooking, rock-climbing, and yoga. Wants to learn more about house-plants and occasional drinker.

Mau (he/him):
27 year old who works in marketing and coaching tennis. Big on feeling comfortable at home and with a nice dynamic in the apartment. Loves to play guitar and sing, produce music, and play tennis. Always down for a beer during the week and enjoy going out to social events on the weekend.
