Our current roommate is moving in with his partner. So we will have a room available for a June 1st move-in.

We are seeking a long term- clean, responsible, and employed roommate. We prefer if you don’t WFH, but it isn’t a deal breaker. We are at capacity with pets, so no additional fur babies. No one is perfect. We’re big on communication and making sure we all live peacefully!

LGBTQIA friendly. We are not open to couples. We may host an occasional pregame or game night, but always with ample notice. Overnight guest are fine as long as your company is respectful of our space.

With our pet and our general coming and going, we have all agreed to choose a day of the week to clean the common areas. (i. e, I clean Sundays)

We do not need you to sign the lease, although we do have a ‘sublease’ agreement for you to sign. We will need proof of income, proof of employment, and your deposit to secure the space.
