Looking for: Professional and clean roommate who wants the rooms full year-term. Asking to pass a credit check and background check through the landlord.
$75 credit check fee during the process from the leasing management. Credit score 700+ and make an active income, with security deposit. Guarantors welcomed. Landlord asks last month's rent as a deposit to hold the room, with a move in date of June 1st. Again, you must pass a credit and background check per the landlord's request. We'd like to move quickly with the process.
