Seeking a Roommate May 1st

Hello!
We are two young professional women looking for a third to join our eclectic Brooklyn apartment.

The apartment itself is on the second floor (one set of stairs) off the J line mainly but is walking distance from the L and A/C lines. There is a grocery store right across the street and laundry mats within 1-2 blocks.

One of us works late nights bartending, the other has a 9-5 working with artists. Due to our differing hours we tend to have quiet hours from 10pm/12am until 9am. We keep the shared spaces tidy but you can do as you wish with your own room.

Speaking of your room, it’s a medium to large space big enough to fit a queen sized bed and a desk or dresser. There is a large closet in the room that is all yours and then a smaller hallway closet that can be used to store anything else you might have, but is shared. The room has one big window and a separate space for an a/c unit.

The shared spaces include an open concept living room, dining space and full kitchen with a dishwasher! In addition, there is a patio off one of the rooms which is a shared space if you’re looking to garden at all this spring and summer.

We have two indoor cats (Chimi and Sotol) who are very social and playful. They do shed but we do our best to keep on top of it.

We live a balanced mix of life, enjoying nights out dancing while equally enjoying nights in together cooking meals and watching movies.
