Room available in 4bed3bath w/ private rooftop

Hello! My two roommates and I are looking to add a fourth roommate to our bushwick/bedstuy home starting May 1st or earlier. Only one room is available but one roommate is willing to switch rooms if needed, so there is an option for you to take either the smaller $1390 room with a balcony and shared bathroom or a larger $1600 room with your own bathroom.

About the space:
-Brand new building built last year so we have all modern appliances
-Private rooftop only accessible by our unit.
-Sooo much natural sunlight and stunning views of Manhattan
-Two balconies (one in common space, one in the $1390 bedroom)
-The larger $1600 room is downstairs next to the living room/kitchen while the smaller $1390 room is upstairs next to the other two bedrooms
-Again, the person in the smaller room shares a bathroom upstairs with one other roommate while the person in the larger room has their own bathroom downstairs. NOTE: it is not a master bedroom, the bathroom is disconnected from the room but it would be your own.
-Both rooms have closets. The smaller room currently has a full size bed and very small 28-inch desk while the larger room has a queen bed, regular size desk, and a dresser. NOTE: whichever room you move into would not be furnished.
-3 min walk to Myrtle-Broadway JMZ, 15 min walk to Myrtle-Willoughby G, 17 min walk to Montrose L or Morgan L.
-Laundry in-building right next to the door of our unit so it feels like in-unit laundry that costs $5.50/load.
-Four floor walk-up.
-AC/heat in each room and common space
-Apartment is next to Blink Fitness, two large grocery stores across the street, and there are lots of restaurants and nightlife in the area!

P. S. this is a 12-month lease, not a sublet, so you will have to fill out a formal application with the property management company. No couples or pets, sorry:/

About the roommates:
Three 25 year olds: one straight female data analyst, one straight male UX designer, one gay male in software sales. We originally come from Seattle, Portland, and the Bay Area but have all lived in Brooklyn for a few years now. The three of us are good friends and would prefer someone around our age range who would be down to hang out with us! Our current 4th roommate is moving out to live with her fiancé in April but the new lease starts May 1st so there is some flexibility with the move-in date. I am currently in the $1390 room but would be willing to move into the $1600 for someone who is a good fit if they prefer the smaller one.

During the week it’s pretty chill and lowkey here - we’ll usually just be working (one full-time in office, two hybrid), then after work some of us might be at the gym, watching movies/tv in the living room, or cooking. However our weekends typically consist of us going out to parties, bars, or house/techno/electronic shows around Brooklyn. We’re also 4/20 friendly and may host an occasional pregame or rooftop party so we would need someone who could rock with that. If this sounds like a good match for you, let me know!
