Amazingly sunny, quiet, respectful space

I have a sunny bedroom for rent in a three bedroom apartment. It is available May 1st. At least one reference is required (just a phone number works) and it can be a friend, coworker, former roommate, etc. I have references from former roommates as well.

The apartment is on the third floor and there are lots of stairs due to high ceilings. There is an amazing skylight in the common area. Hardwood floors cover the apartment except the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled. The bathroom has a sunken in bathtub and I keep it supplied with toilet paper and hand soap.

The room has a closet and three windows facing south and east allowing for plenty of sunlight. There are curtains in the windows. This unfurnished bedroom is available for a May 1st move in date.

The apartment is located 2 blocks from the M train at Knickerbocker, 5 blocks from the L train at DeKalb, and a 12 minute walk to the J at Koskiosko. All three trains are less than 20 minutes to Manhattan.

The apartment is close to laundry, cafes, library, grocery shops, and more.

I love this neighborhood!!! I spend most of my time reading, writing, and enjoying frequent trips to Manhattan. The other roommate and myself are quiet, respectful and easy to get along with.
