Room in Bushwick available May 1st!

Hi! We’re looking for a third housemate to join our spacious, 4bed, furnished apartment. The building has a new washer/dryer in the basement and a communal backyard space. The apartment has a furnished living room, dining room, one bathroom, central AC, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking!

The room (pictured below) will be empty upon arrival but there is potential to purchase furniture from our previous roommate, something we can talk about!

We’re a 10 minute walk from the Morgan L, a 5 minute walk to Maria Hernandez park, and a 25 minute commute to Manhattan.

Utilities include Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas which usually come out to around $125 a month per person.

Ideally, we’d like our new roommate to stay for 1 year (May 2024-May 2025) but this is negotiable.

Your roommates would be Nick and Jon (me!). We are two long-time friends in film and education and have been living with each other for 3 years. I am a home body and love to hang in my room, Nick works long hours and is out of the house a lot. We are two friendly people looking for a friendly new roommate :)
