I am looking for a sub-letter to take over my lease in Bushwick! You will be living with two wonderful roommates, one woman and one man in their mid twenties. They are both young professionals/students who are clean, kind, and easygoing.

The room is located at the garden level of this 4 bed, two floor apartment.

The apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms, a bonus room (the bedroom that we've opted to keep as a shared office and home gym), large living/dining room, downstairs TV/living room, patio, and extra storage room in the basement. The roommates both have bedrooms upstairs so the lower level is very private- it even has its own separate entrance and bathroom. Apartment is very quiet.
