About the place: There's a spacious common area, nice kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of cabinet space, and a large bedroom that can easily fit a queen- or king-size bed + desk, dresser, etc. and a large walk-in closet to boot. It's close to grocery stores, bodegas, and lots of bars and coffee shops, and it's a 2-minute walk to the Central M or 8-minute walk to Myrtle/Broadway J/M/Z.
About me: I'm a chill, easygoing guy in my 30s. I work as an editor and will start commuting to the office 3 days/week beginning in April. I'm looking for someone also chill, clean and with open communication. Open to anyone on the same page. Just want to make the space homey and comfortable for us both.
