Fully furnished, queen bed, dresser, closet, plants, candles, and art prints. Right next door to the L train 🚞 which takes you to popular Williamsburg in just 10 minutes or Manhattan in under 20. ☕️ Dunkin Donuts Coffee on the corner. You will have an entire large bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. ALL utilities, internet, fees are included in Weekly price of $400 or monthly $1,300. Your temporary roommate is quiet, respectful and keeps everything clean. This is not a party pad. Must be paid in advance for entirety of stay short-term stay + refundable 10% for potential damages. Your roommate is a true New Yorker and can tell you where to go to have a good time. The area as any in NYC has fantastic food. 🍱There is a park nearby and plenty of bars. The building is dead quiet, with little outside noise. You can focus all day on your work or go explore NYC. International travelers & students preferred! Note: living room is mostly empty, currently being furnished + your roommate is on opposite side of the apartment.
