THE SCOOP
The Kensington House is located in the heart of Brooklyn, in the Kensington neighborhood south of Prospect Park. The neighborhood is known for balancing peace and quiet at home while being within easy reach of plentiful bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping.
This classic walk-up features roomy, recently renovated apartments with plenty of common space for game nights, roommate dinners or Netflix binges. The large windows throughout each unit let in plenty of natural light, and each apartment is arranged around bright and inviting common areas.
LOCATION
The exterior of the Kensington House maintains its classic facade with decorative brick, while the interior has been renovated with updated appliances, hardwood floors, large windows and security systems in place. You can choose between five units at the Kensington House, each with two to four private bedrooms, one to two bathrooms and a shared common area. Air conditioning throughout the house is via window units
