We have a private bedroom available in a newly built apartment building from April 1st.

Big window with lots of Natural light. Large closest space. Can fit queen bed.

The apartment is a 3bd, 2 bath.
Hardwood floors in all bedrooms, kitchen and living area.
Working dishwasher.
2x toilets, 2x showers, 3x sinks, 1x bath.
Balcony.

Every room has a modern duel aircon/heater unit on the wall.

Wifi is available. Bills are split evenly three ways.

Laundry in building.

Additionally there is access to the rooftop with a view of the manhattan skyline.

Very conveniently located near an express stop on the A/C train line and along the Long Island Railway route. Walkable distance from several grocery stores.

Would be living with two working professionals in the media/entertainment industry. Both female and in our early 30s. One American and one Australian.
We don't smoke, and would prefer that you also don't within the apartment.
Our aim is to keep a clean and peaceful environment at home to respect the privacy and alternating schedules of everyone living here - but we also enjoy doing things together after work or on the weekends to which you are more than welcome to join!
