Hi! This room is move-in ready and fully furnished. We are seeking a female student renter to share our very clean and tidy apartment. If interested, please send a short description of yourself and any questions you might have. If it's a good fit, we would love to arrange a video call first before showing the room.

One thing to note is that the room's door is shared with another bedroom. To access the available room, you would need to walk through the other room. The person in that room owns the apartment and works 9-5 pm.
