This is a ROOM with BALCONY for rent in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (the bathroom is cleaned weekly by each roommate)

This is a lease take over for the last 5 months of the lease (June 1 to October 31)

To qualify you must prove to management that you make 40x rent and have 650+ credit score.

The rent is $1000 plus $25 for amenities. There is a laundry room, Gym and Bike storage room on the first floor. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Utilities and WiFi is split amongst each roommates.

I’m looking for someone who will take over the lease $1000 + Pay deposit $1000 as well as PURCHASE everything in the room for $500 (furniture, sheets, comforter, literally everything except my computer and personal items for $500. The furniture is yours to keep forever)

** The wall A/C is property of the landlord
