Furnished Room with Stunning Brooklyn View

Hi, there:
We have a spare room for rent in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood with direct access to Prospect park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, and tons of hip bars, coffee shops, and co-working spots, as well as plenty of grocery stores, including one right next to the apartment building, and easy access to Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods Market.

The room has two large windows, one walking closet, its own bathroom, and plenty of light (any time of the day, including gloomy winter days). It is FURNISHED and is perfect for someone who look for temporary housing for a rental period of 6 months to 1 year. We are open for a February moving date but are always flexible with the right person.

A few things to keep in mind:

We are renting out ONE room inside our two-bedroom apartment. There is NO SHARED area.
(1) We are open to discussing the possible usage of the kitchen, but please keep in mind that this rental arrangement may not be ideal for someone who frequently cooks.
(2) NO PETS, no bicycle
(3) Heat, gas, and high-speed internet are included.
(4) You share 1/3 of electricity from Jan - June; 1/2 from June - Oct; 1/3 from Oct to Jan.
