Looking for a kind soul to take over my half of the lease!

2nd floor, elevator, laundry room in the building, gym & bike storage room, shared rooftop deck.

Oddly enough, a spa is located on the 7th floor!

Heat pumps in every room, gas stove in the kitchen.

Available room has a closet, can fit a full or queen bed (current pictures has a full size bed in it), desk, other furniture.

Faces rear of the building, not much street/traffic noise. Large window!
Pretty quiet building, respectful and very kind neighbors who are always a pleasure to chat with in the elevator!

5 min walk to subways (B/Q at Church or Q at Parkside). Grocery store, take-out, etc. around the corner. Upbeat vibes of Little Caribbean and Prospect Park!

Your prospective roommate:

"I am pretty quiet, like to sleep in, keep to myself but would like a roommate who likes to do things together occasionally. Ok with guests but typically don’t have a ton of people over, my family does come to stay with me on occasion though.

I do not have a dog or any other pets but I do dog sit sometimes so must be ok with dogs (cats too ideally but I mostly just dog sit, cats less often).

I work full time as an Assistant Editor for a TV Show. I’m primarily in the office but I do work from home on occasion."

Available 1/01 with flexibility around move-in date!

$1300/month (going up to $1320 within the next 6 months) + utilities (typically around $100 for electric and $60 for wifi).
