Room with Great Sunlight

Our apartment is brand new with all new appliances and fixtures. The landlords have been great and are always on call for maintenance issues. There is a gym, mail room, rooftop with tables, outside courtyard, and laundry in the building. We have central AC which can be controlled separately in every room (major plus in the summer!).

Being in such an up and coming area, this place has been a great bang for our buck! We are located a block from the C and S train and four blocks from the G train. Fort Greene Park is less than a mile away with great restaurants and quaint bars in the neighborhood.
