2 bed 1 bath apartment , seperate kitchen + great living room!

Hi, looking for a lovely female roommate to join my lease! Room available in Bedstuy on Malcolm X Blvd starting AUGUST 1ST. Must be ready to sign a 12 month lease beginning August 1st with the option to move in a bit earlier!

Most of the furniture and decorations belong to my current roommate, so most of it will be gone! The couch will stay.

About the apartment
- Rent: $1312 (not including utilities)
- Electric/gas/wifi ~ $80
- 6 min walk from Utica Ave Station on the A, which is an express stop :) Also one stop away from Broadway Junction so you can also get the L + JZM easily.
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher
- Laundry in building
- Courtyard for bike storage
- Fire escape
- Living room has great lighting
- Very close to some nice Jazz bars and restaurants <3
- The apartment itself is quite compact, but the ceilings are high and the space works nicely and doesn’t feel cramped.

About your roommate (me):

I am 21 and am currently a student at Pratt Institute studying photography! I am usually out and about during the day and like to chill inside at night. I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and can communicate well. I would consider myself very chill and easy to get along with. Ideally, I’d like to be friends with whoever signs and have fun redecorating the place, baking, and watching movies together :) Although I totally understand that roommates aren’t always besties and will respect your boundaries!

I”m pretty organized and clean, so I am looking for someone who is similar and who will keep up with cleaning and keep the place neat. I’m not crazy OCD, but I will definitely get stressed if common areas look messy and things are out of place.
