Small bedroom available starting May 1st - $850

Hello! Searching for a new roommate to fill this room & to sign onto our 12-month lease starting May 1st. The apartment is located in bed-stuy, right next to a school. It’s about a 12-15 min walk to either the Myrtle-Willoughby G or Flushing M/J train. (B38/B43 lines are just around the corner)
We are a black, queer, all-women household. One of us works in healthcare, another works in elementary teaching, and I work various service jobs as I’m applying to go back to school:)
We are very easy-going and pretty tidy people who mostly keep to ourselves. The space is very tight so we try our best to maintain cleanliness out of respect for the comfort of each other.
The room is $850 but utilities typically bring it up to about $900. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person but it’s a pretty spacious bathroom (for the price point, at least). The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up, has central heating and cooling, a shared washer and dryer downstairs & access to the building’s rooftop.
